To export to France the excellence of made in Italy in the prepainted aluminum sector and to expand its markets through collaboration with European companies with which to share growth objectives and values.
These are the motivations that led Matteo Trombetta Cappellani, president and CEO of Alusteel Coating, Metalcoat and Aleu, to enter into a partnership with AluFrance Services, the company based in Annecy, in southeastern France, and specialized in the production of prepainted aluminum strips and raw, anodized or prepainted profiles for the construction, industrial and automotive markets.
The cooperation agreement involves Alusteel Coating’s supply of aluminum coils destined for the French market.
It is a partnership that for the Lombardy-based group of companies translates into a potential increase in turnover of 20% in about three years and will allow them to expand the French market, which today accounts for 18% of the company’s turnover. Not only that, the collaboration with AluFrance Services will allow Alusteel Coating to expand its offerings in Italy by introducing new substitute products.

The first joint project has already started: it is the production and supply of 250 tons of liquid pre-painted coils that will be used to supply 4 major French awning manufacturers.
