Sonia Pavesi, Group Controller of Alusteel Coating, Alpine Anodizing, Metalcoat and Aleu companies, tells us about her professional experience within the group.
With the company since 2018, she is a key resource in managing the company’s operations.
“I am in charge of the accounting oversight of the entire group, an activity that may be inconspicuous but is critical to the success of a company.
My aim is to carry out each activity with great care, to respond to the trust placed in me by the corporate management and, in turn, to ensure that those who report to me are able to operate at maximum efficiency and attention.
Working for the group led by Matteo Trombetta Cappellani has given me the opportunity to broaden my perspective, with great possibilities for professional growth, despite my 20 years of experience.
