Just one year after purchasing the production lines, Metalcoat wins the auction and becomes the owner of the Ascoli Piceno plant property, accelerating its operational expansion.
The acquisition includes a site of more than 110,000 m², located in a major industrial hub, already chosen by international pharmaceutical and food brands.
In addition to two buildings-one dedicated to offices and one for production lines-it also includes a large building area, which opens up new growth prospects and opportunities for future expansions.
This transaction represents a crucial step in Metalcoat’s strategic consolidation in the territory, confirming the company’s strong desire to take root and invest in growth.
In support of this strengthening program, the company has embarked on the development of two new paint heads that eliminate downtime between orders, eliminating color change times: this development reduces operating costs and environmental impacts, positioning the company at the forefront of industrial efficiency.
“The acquisition of the Ascoli Piceno production site is a strategic transaction that underscores our commitment to the area and our desire to continue to grow as a group, ” says Matteo Trombetta Cappellani, president and CEO. “This project not only allows us to consolidate our local presence, but also projects us toward sustainable growth at the international level as well.”
Thanks to its products made entirely from materials sourced locally-from raw material to packaging-Metalcoat is confirmed as an ambassador to the world of Made in Marche excellence.
Investments on structure and process optimization further strengthen its role, enabling it to face market challenges with a solid and sustainable vision that combines innovation and territorial roots.
