Matteo Trombetta Cappellani has officially acquired the minority partner’s shares in Alusteel Coating, Alpine Anodizing and Aleu, Italian companies that are European benchmarks in the production and marketing of prepainted and anodized aluminum and prepainted steels.
Trombetta Cappellani, already sole owner of Metalcoat, further consolidates its position within the group, becoming sole co-owner of Alusteel Coating, Alpine Anodizing and Aleu together with its Indian partner.
This transaction is a strategic step to strengthen the leadership of the three companies in their respective sectors. Matteo Trombetta Cappellani, president and CEO of the three companies, and the Indian partner in fact share a vision focused on excellence, international expansion and sustainability.
“With this acquisition, we want to ensure greater cohesion and a unified strategic vision in our operations,” says Trombetta Cappellani. “I am convinced that this operation will allow us to face new challenges with a more streamlined and responsive organization.”
“The alliance with Indian partners is critical to our international expansion,” adds Trombetta Cappellani. “Their experience and connections have always been an asset in exploring new markets and expanding our business reach.”
“Our companies will continue to distinguish themselves through quality, reliability and adaptability to global challenges,” Trombetta Cappellani concludes, “reinforcing our shared commitment to a successful future.”
